SeeMy is a trademark operated by MV Studio SRL. It is not a separate legal entity: all contractual relationships, correspondence and complaints relating to the website or SeeMy services are with MV Studio SRL.
MV Studio SRL operates in the field of web design, development and maintenance. This activity is not a regulated profession within the meaning of Article III.74, § 1, 6° of the Code of economic law and does not require prior authorisation.
2. Hosting
The seemy.be website and websites created by SeeMy are hosted on infrastructure provided by:

3. Terms and contractual information
In accordance with Article III.74 of the Code of economic law:
- The general terms and conditions of sale and services are permanently available on the Terms and conditions page. They are also attached to every quote and order form.
- Belgian law applies, and the courts of the Brussels judicial district have jurisdiction (see Article 20 of the general terms).
- The main features and prices of services are detailed on the Pricing and Options pages. All prices are quoted excluding VAT (excl. VAT), with Belgian VAT at the applicable rate added on top. Setup fees and subscription amounts are shown separately.
- SeeMy services are offered exclusively to businesses (self-employed individuals, companies, non-profit organisations and associations) acting in the course of their professional or associative activity, to the exclusion of consumers.
- No order can be placed or paid for directly online: the price simulator provides an indicative estimate and results in a written quote.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. All elements of the seemy.be website — structure, texts, visuals, illustrations, photographs, videos, graphic identities, logos, source code, templates and databases — are protected by Book XI of the Code of economic law (copyright, database rights) and remain the exclusive property of MV Studio SRL or its licensors.
4.2. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, modification, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from MV Studio SRL, subject to legal exceptions (short quotation, private copy, educational use, analysis exception).
4.3. The names "SeeMy" and "MV Studio", together with the associated logos, are distinctive signs of MV Studio SRL.
4.4. Certain components of the website are provided by third parties under their own licences (including the WordPress CMS and its plugins, under GPL licence, as well as fonts, icons and images under licence). These elements remain subject to their respective conditions.
4.5. The rights of SeeMy clients over the websites delivered to them are governed by Article 12 of the terms and conditions.
5. Hyperlinks
5.1. Outgoing links. The website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for information only. MV Studio SRL has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content, availability, data practices or the consequences of accessing them.
5.2. Incoming links. Creating a hyperlink to the seemy.be homepage is permitted. However, deep links created within a frame likely to create confusion about the origin of the content are prohibited, as are links from any website whose content harms the image or reputation of MV Studio SRL. MV Studio SRL may request the removal of any such link at any time.
6. Liability regarding website content
6.1. MV Studio SRL takes the greatest care to ensure the accuracy and currency of information published on seemy.be. However, it cannot guarantee its completeness, ongoing accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.
6.2. Information published on the website is general and informational in nature. It does not constitute legal or personalised technical advice, nor a contractual offer. Only an accepted and signed quote is binding on MV Studio SRL.
6.3. Prices, timescales and scopes displayed on the website are subject to change. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order.
6.4. MV Studio SRL endeavours to ensure website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may suspend access for maintenance, security or force majeure reasons.
6.5. MV Studio SRL is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website, inability to access it, or the presence of a virus or harmful element, except in the event of fraud or gross negligence on its part, or infringement of a right that the law does not permit to be excluded.
6.6. Nothing in these legal notices has the effect of excluding or limiting MV Studio SRL's liability in cases where Belgian law prohibits such limitation.
7. Personal data protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Law of 30 July 2018, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent.

8. Digital accessibility
MV Studio SRL endeavours to make the seemy.be website compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, without this constituting a commitment to full compliance.
Since SeeMy services are offered exclusively to businesses, they do not fall within the scope of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements (transposed into Belgian law by the Act of 5 November 2023), which targets services provided to consumers. MV Studio SRL also falls within the category of micro-enterprises exempt from the requirements for the provision of services (Article 4(5) of the Directive).

9. Reporting illegal content
To report content you consider illegal on seemy.be or on a website hosted by MV Studio SRL, write to hello@seemy.be specifying the relevant URL, the nature of the problem and your contact details. We acknowledge receipt and process reports as quickly as possible.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these notices falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels judicial district, French-speaking division.

11. Language versions
The website and its legal pages are available in French, Dutch and English. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between versions, the French version prevails.
