The Essential Pack (€399 + €59/month) is a single long page that brings together all your essential information: who you are, what you do, how to contact you. Simple, quick to deliver, effective for a first online presence.

The Professional Pack (€899 + €99/month) is structured into several separate pages (Home, Services, About, Contact, Cookies, Privacy), with full navigation. Ideal if you have multiple services to present or want a more complete, better-referenced site.

Both include the CMS, hosting, a .be domain name for the first year, maintenance, and GDPR compliance. Domain renewal is then the client's responsibility.

The monthly subscription covers:

• Hosting on AWS servers (fast, secure, backed up)

• A .be domain name included for the first year (renewal at the client's expense from year 2)

• Technical updates to the CMS and extensions

• A maintenance quota: 30 min/month (Essential, €59/month) or 1h/month (Professional, €99/month)

Maintenance covers technical corrections, security updates, and small adjustments. Significant content additions or new features are covered by the à la carte options.

Yes. You own your content (texts, images, logo) from day one. The website code becomes entirely your property after 3 years of recurring monthly subscription.

If you cancel before that period, you keep your content and domain name. You can also host your website with another provider for a transfer fee.

Yes. All options available at the time of order can also be subscribed after going live. Additional pages, blog, photo gallery, advanced form... each option is billed once.

If your needs evolve significantly, our MV Studio team can take on a custom project.

Yes. Each template is personalised with your visual identity: main colours, logo, photos, and content. The template is a structural starting point, not an imposed design.

If you have an existing brand identity, share it during the launch step. If you don't have one yet, we'll advise you on colours suited to your sector.

No. Seemy templates are used by multiple clients. However, each site is personalised with your colours, your logo, your photos, and your texts, which makes each result visually distinct. Two bakeries using the same template won't have the same final look.

If you want a completely unique design, our MV Studio agency offers custom projects.

Yes, as long as we haven't started working on your project yet, you can change your template at no extra cost.

Beyond that point, a template change is treated as a new request: the one-time design and integration fees will be applied again.

We encourage you to explore the available templates carefully before confirming, and to finalise your choice when submitting your request in the simulator.

No. The WordPress CMS is the world's most widely used content editor. Its "blocks" interface is intuitive: you click on a text, edit it, save. No code, no technical training required.

We configure the blocks specifically for your site before delivery, you only see what you need. A getting-started guide is provided at delivery.

You can freely edit via the CMS :

• All text content (headings, paragraphs, descriptions)
• Images
• Contact information (email, phone, address)
• Opening hours, pricing and service content
• Colours and typography
• Section order
• Blog posts (if that option is enabled)

Your included monthly maintenance is there to support you if you need a hand with any of these changes.

Developing new sections or features is not covered by maintenance and is handled as a separate request.

Your site is automatically backed up every day. In case of error, we can easily restore a previous version. Additionally, WordPress keeps a revision history for every page, you can go back to a previous version in a few clicks.

If in doubt, your monthly maintenance quota covers this type of correction.

1. Simulator : You choose your plan, your template and your options via our online simulator, then submit your request.
2. Initial contact : If you submitted a quote request, we get back to you within 24h to confirm your project and agree on next steps. If you confirmed directly via the simulator and signed the contract online, you receive a link to your launch form.
3. Launch form : Via a simple online form, you send us your content : texts, photos, logo, domain name. We guide you if anything is missing.
4. Production : Our team sets up your site and integrates your content into the template. Timeline : 20 working days from receipt of your complete content.
5. Sign-off and go live : You approve the result before we go live. Your site is indexed and your monthly subscription starts.

To move quickly, it is ideal to have :

• Your logo (preferably in SVG or PNG with transparent background)

• A few quality photos (of your premises, products or yourself)

• An idea of your introductory text and services

• Your domain name if you already have one

If you do not have all of this yet, no worries. We guide you through the launch step to find solutions.

Yes, from the moment we have received all your content (texts, photos, logo). The 20 working-day timeline runs from that date, not from the order.

If content is missing or incomplete, the timeline is paused until we receive it. That's why we encourage you to prepare your materials in advance, our launch form helps you do that.
